Went to look at a New vehicle Tied out a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer. Excellent sales experience. Usually when you pull in a shop and look at a Vehicle they are all over you. Not so at Haddads Great experience and website is great that's where I found the vehicle

I had my 2024 GMC Canyon Elevation serviced the other day. I had an appointment for 9:00 A.M. They got me right in at 9:00. They do excellent work, nice & clean. They're very nice, friendly people that work here, from management to sales, to service dept, unlike other dealers I've dealt with in past. Very professional dealership. I highly recommend Haddad's.

I am very happy with my new terrain and the service i got with Leo! He made sure I was taken care of and took the extra steps for me to feel comfortable making the deal! Anyone looking for a great car shopping experience should go here and ask for Leo! Nate was a huge help and gave me a tour of all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend!

I can’t even give this one star I’d give zero if possible. Former owner insulted us after he test drove our vehicle and didn’t even want to work with a potential customer on a deal. Over priced vehicles with damage on it that they aren’t willing to work on price. If you want to be insulted and have the sales not work with you come on down. Never ever going here and recommending this shady dealership.

I was very happy with my New 2025 GMC SEIRRA 4X4 TURBOMAX TRUCK . And exceptionally happy with the wonderful service from Steve Boutin.(Excuse me if I misspelled his last name )And Thank you Lucian Lurant for your assistance in the purchase of my VERY FIRST brand new vehicle in my life . As this was a Birthday present from my fiance . Steve you were excellent and so very kind . It was definitely a pleasure to meet you . And Lucian you and I have known eachother for yrs and also hadn't seen eachother in yrs , it was a great suprise to see you again and to have you as part of the purchase to my Awesome New Truck ! I will see ya' ll again in a couple weeks for the Tono Cover and my vent visors. You guys are the BEST! We now have HIS & HERS!

Used to think this dealer was great used for routine oil changes. When I took it in for warranty service they had the vehicle 3 weeks then after looking a the vehicle called to tell me they wouldn't be able to repair it under warranty not because of myself or my policy or truck, but because their new owner didn't want to use the GMC purchased warranty which I bought at a GMC Dealer. So now I'm left towing my truck to my house then having to find another GM dealer and tow it there, basically they wont' honor the GMC warranty and caost me not one but 2 towing bills. All of this because they couldn't just warn me that they may not accept the warranty, and the real kicker here is they knew for quite a while they were being sold and this could happen. If they had told me this might come up I would have immediately had my vehicle towed to a dealer that will honor the Warranty. Don't trust them to be up front, don't expect them to honor their own parent company policies, in short jsut go elsewhere and save yourself the extra bill thye will cause you, and the shady underhanded business practices.
