I just moved back to the area after 35 yrs in Florida. I needed help to fix a broken arm on my glasses. I also needed to find a new glasses place. So...I went to Agawam Opticians. I was warmly greeted and they had no issues with helping me fix my glasses. They were not woried that I as not buying today! I will be a life long customer! Thank you for being so kind to this replant!!!

I started going to Agawam Opticians about two years ago. I have to say the customer service that Aaron, the owner provides is amazing. My prescription have been spot on with no issues at all. Dropped my glasses and scratched them, no problem. Lenses were ordered and repaired very quickly. I highly recommend Aaron for all your vision needs!!!

I was referred to Aaron by my mother who is in the optical field, when she retired. Aaron is very knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of glasses is extensive and great. I highly recommend Agawam Opticians!

This is my second year getting glasses with Agawam Opticians. I highly, highly recommend them! They are amazing at their job! I feel well taken care of, and the whole experience was great! I love my glasses and my sunglasses! They did a phenomenal job! I will definitely be going back next year and I will spread the word as well!

Aaron has been so very helpful on each visit. After 2 bicycle accidents, he's even fixed my twisted frames and scratched lenses more than once. Jim & I have been so happy with his work that we've returned to buy several more pair of glasses. Agawam Opticians has the most interesting frames and Aaron gives an honest assessment of what looks good and is suitable. I won't go anywhere else!!

I bought glasses here months ago and I'm so glad I did! They are the highest quality lenses I have ever had, and after months of everyday wear, they don't have a single scratch. It was pricy, but absolutely worth it for the quality you get. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

If you have ever wondered, as I used to, whatever happened to old fashioned service, rendered by genuinely caring, superbly qualified persons you will find all of it hiding in plain site at Agawam Opticians. Do yourself a favor. Let them take care of all of your eyeglass needs. Nobody can it better.
