“Highly recommend Jim and the service he offers. Not only do I call him for my personal computer issues, but as well as for two businesses that I run/manage. He is always quick to get started on a solution, and more often than not, has me back up and running earlier than quoted.Something that Jim has that I personally find commendable is his attitude and approach towards customers and their issues. Oftentimes, I go to him in a rush thinking I know exactly what I want/need to have done. Jim slows down the pace and takes a look at all the factors in the equation, and sets me up with a solution that both saves me time in the short term, and money in the long term. Having a trustworthy individual such as this who is located right down the street is truly an asset that deserves appreciation and recognition. If there were more than 5 stars, Jim would be getting them. Give him a call today.”

“I went to this place 13 years ago for computer service and I came back just now for the same reason. The service that Brian offers is the best for the price and time.”

“Great place, Steve the owner was patient and even though the first laptop I bought wouldn't work for what I needed it for he traded it in for one that fits my needs, will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone”

“Geek Squad was so helpful fixing printer, connection, & computer issues! They transferred me to the right people over the phone & connected remotely to fix the problems, then they even checked my device for any other issues & fixed them too! This membership is priceless, & they're located pretty close-in Best Buy at the Holyoke Mall! Thank you so much, Geek Squad saved the day!”

“Wow, I’m shocked the bad reviews on here. I went at 12:20 on Sunday and it was pretty crowded for sure. There were tons of employees working and they were all helpful and nice. I got exactly what I needed and was on my way.”
