Wow, if you really don't like customers in the pharmacy then: 1) Make them wait a long time in line. 2) Greet them with a foul attitude. 3) Make sure you have two check out stations, but never use both. 4) Use the annoyed look that there are customers. 5) Look busy doing other things that waiting on customers. 6) Make the customer stand there while you make them push lots of buttons. Oh, that just what they do! And the customers go away. That is what I did. 4 stars for chasing away the customers and having less work to do!

Pharmacy tech asked about my own personal health status based off of a prescription I was picking up (for someone else, not me)and my appearance. It was none of her business to ask. A little more thought before words just diarrhea from the mouth is essential in customer service positions that handle sensitive information. I never had a prescription there but I'll be sure to never transfer any of my stuff to this location. The staff at the pharmacy I go to would have never been so insensitive. I called the pharmacy after I left and the pharmacist failed to see why this wasn't okay when I stressed I was NOT the patient the prescription was for and decided to lecture me instead, when I was well within my right and my points were valid. She defended the employee's failure to clarify who I was, and wanted to tell me how I needed to respond to a question that should have NEVER been asked in the first place. I'm supposed to mind YOUR staff's intrusive dialogue? Absolutely not. They should never ask another person for protected health info if they're not a patient of the pharmacy. Period.

I started off getting all my prescriptions on the same day every month, which helped very much because I need rides and it's very important I take them as I am supposed to because it's very hard to work with health professionals when it comes to mental health but I get no help from CVS! Between the app giving the wrong information(and CVS knowing!) The employees changing shifts and giving different information over the phone only to have the pharmacist tell me they are out of stock!!! I don't know why there's a transfer prescription button on the app because they can't even send one prescription down street to the other CVS I rather have to wait for them to get the medication in stock or bother my doctor to call it in again. A prescriptions are so far apart now that it's impossible to take correctly and I'm there every other day for a whole week every month and treated like I'm less than by someone half my age because of the prescriptions I need, personally, to function. It's Not Ok.

Been going to silver st cvs all my adult life. Pharmacy always has been professional helpful and kind until days ago. Never saw this pharmacist beforr and was very rude, dismissive to my questions and told me to go somewhere else to get a covid booster. She lied twice. Told me there were no openings for today. And she was the manager. I had made appt. and waited almost an hour. Another very nice person finally administered the vaccine. I'm a senior who just wanted to stay healthy. An awful experience brought me to tears. Will switch my business to a different cvs.

I just spent 2hours on hold waiting to speak to a tech to tell them the RX they were trying to fill was filled a week ago! This is a matter that has a big ramifications for me as a recent heart surgery that requires my RX,s be filled properly and on time. I just left there and there still trying to fill a RX that I don,t need and the 2 that I need one of which is insulin are still not filled and no one to answer the phone, I just left there and they have 6 people working and no one to answer the phone WHAT IS GOING ON here

Cameron the pharmacy tech is the only tech there that shows compassion. I am having a hard time being between jobs. Money is tight right now. I strongly suggest that the other techs try to be more compassion and don't shue people away because they could be in my shoes now. That small bit of help goes a long way when you're struggling. Maybe something to think about

If you like long waits, this is the place for you. The pharmacy is severely understaffed. There were like 4 people working, but no one actually waiting on customers. I especially like the annoyed look they give the customers like they are doing me a favor. I moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy in town. They are not ALL this BAD.

Had one bad experience with the pharnacist not listening to me about my insurance...half an hour later, someone else jumped in to help, listened to me, and the problem was solved in seconds...

I had a problem twice with them not being able to fill my prescription. I spoke with the pharmacist and she was lovely, but the pharmacy assistant was a rude, snippy little brat. I will never go back and I'm researching how to get my husbands medications online. When I go by CVS on my way to work I wonder if corporations realize how much money they lose with poor customer service.

I was looking at the cosmetics dept and asked the manager a question. She was very rude to me and I will not go back. Good luck with that.

I needed to have a prescription filled that I had received from the ER. I brought it up to the counter, and the clerk said 15 min. I thought WOW!!! That is so fast!!! Compared to Walmart, I may have been waiting for hours. I think walmart is so slow because they want you to go shop in their store. I also had another to pick up. The other window called me up, I don't think it was even 15 minutes. She was really pleasant to deal with and had such a fast manner. They also have the convenient drive thru. So if you don't want to go into the store, you can always just do the dive thru. The store is a small grocery store. If you ever needed something quick, stop at CVS. There prices can be good if you coupon.
