Every Nursing Home Has its ups & downs, but I Will say out of my years working as a CNA HHE was my best facility, the cleanest of them all, quality of care was great. I miss the CNA's i worked with on C wing & A Wing and all of my residents, most of them are long gone, but ill never forget my first job I worked at for 5 years. Thank you HHE

My dad is there for short-term stay, I hope. Everything is online and even the registration for visitation is completed via an electronic device. The staff are extremely helpful. I was a tad bit disappointed with the furnishings and the inability to keep residents from wandering in other peoples rooms/belongings. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest; I would give my visit a 7. I pray my dad can heal in this environment and return to his former assistant living environment.

Blessed to have found such a wonderful place for mom! The staff is so supportive and sweet and very attentive and extremely helpful!!! I’m so grateful to have Summit Eldercare find this place for my Mom’s transition! And Candy the nurse was exceptional! Feel so appreciative of the staff for taking care of my mom!

Memory is so important to reserve and commit to reserving. That us what the staff and this facility is about. Consider bringing your loved ones who are struggling to get the care they need and your family desires. Thank you

I have a very good time interview with genesis. Employees are very nice to me. It looks like they have good structure and administration. I guess the residents receive excellent healthcare. Thank you so much.

The care my mother has received over the last 4 years has been incredible. We feel like we leave her with family and have peace of mind that she is in good hands.

Nurses & staff engage with residents. Care plans discussed with family for understanding of residents functioning & well-being. Concerns & questions addressed promptly by professional staff who are accessible & courteous. Bright & cheery ambiance, & can bring furnishings resident is familiar with from home, making their room more like home. Very happy with our decision to choose your care facility.

It was a difficult decision to place our Auntie in a home. So many factors contribute to such a decision and the process can be intimidating. The staff at Memory Support of Heritage Hall seem to actually care about their patients AND families. The considerations of our questions and concerns, the help in navigating the process, and most importantly the genuine care for Auntie by staff has turned out to be very good for her well being and our peace of mind. We did have a little experience with a different facility prior to finding MSHH so, we know a good thing when we see it. We highly recommend MSHH.

Their memory support program is amazing! They helped my mom get settled during a difficult transition for her. She is participating in all activities and has friends.

I have recently placed my mom in the memory support of heritage hall. I was very pleased on the first day how all the staff was friendly and smiled and introduced themselves to me and my mother. They were very on task with all the information they needed from me for my moms care and offered immediately there information to make my moms stay comfortable. I was impressed the next day I came to visit her CNA remembered my name and was friendly and asked many questions so she could properly care for my mom. The administration booked a care plan meeting with me for the next day and the staff attended it and talked to me about goals for my moms care. They had already reviewed her information. The staff introduced themselves to me again and asked me what I expected from their facility and what I wanted for care for my mom. I was very impressed with the amount of detail and the amount of paperwork they asked for. They required all her medical history from doctors and facility's before mom moved into their place.(honestly the facility mom was in before this did not ask for half of what Heritage asked for ) this place went the extra mile to make sure they had all medical history. It has been a few weeks since my mom has been there and I still love the place for mom. Staff is always welcoming, mom is happy. They are a very professional memory care unit. I was very impressed how they have a once a month zoom for the family's on the floor updating us on staff changes, things happening at the facility, new policy's, and very open to suggestions from the family's. Open communication is a plus for me and this is a great option to offer the family's.I am finally glad to be able to say "I am not a caregiver to mom, I am her daughter again!" Heritage has made this possible for me.Thank you to the staff at Heritage Hall Memory Support for making my heart full and my mom is in wonderful care.

My friend had frequent falls which resulted in head injuries because she was in her room most of the day and left unsupervised. Very short staffed and interaction with patients is minimal. At the end of her stay, when I visited she was often alone in her room and crying. She was dehydrated and not given assistance to eat. They also don't answer phone calls at the nursing station. I tried an entire weekend to contact someone for an update on her condition when she had Covid. The one star is for the program director, nursing supervisor and activities director who I believe tried their best. If you love someone, don't send them there unless you can visit daily to supervise their care. Weekly is not enough. She is now in a facility where everyone knows her name, interacts with her, has had no falls, eats with supervision and laughs and sings most of her day. There are some good ones out there. Do your research!

My Mom has been in the Memory support center for almost 5 years. I am giving them 2 stars for her nurse and aides. Otherwise I would give them zero. She has fallen at least 2 times resulting in her breaking her hip and getting sepsis. They have lost her clothes, personal items, dentures and recently her glasses which we have waited over a month to get new ones even ordered. This is a person who is in a wheelchair and hardly ever leaves her room. The administration never answers the phone and when they do get back to you they tell you what you want to hear to appease you. I would move her but she is 97 years old with dementia and seems to like the staff. I haven’t heard of a nursing home that is any better so… I hope they don’t retaliate after reading this.EDIT: It’s been a while since I posted this review. I have had numerous meetings with the administrator since this post. They have worked with myself and my family to correct the problems we have encountered. She has new glasses and has been moved back to her original section with our preferred CNA.

My husband has been at Heritage for nearly a year. He is always happy. He enjoys the activities. The staff is great. I'm grateful that he is being well cared for.
