I was getting a coffee next door when I saw a Jiffy Lube employee waving his hands wildly at me (lol… turns out I had a very flat tire! Nate and Joe (and crew) were SO helpful and got me right in and out. You can tell they are genuinely good people and care about people- because I wasn’t even a customer at the time! They charged a small fee to patch up my tire, but that kind gesture saved me hours of headache and frustration because I was not near home. Thank you Nate and Joe! You have my service and recommendation!!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Let's face it with times tough. We are all looking to save some money. With there 50 percent off coupon on an oil change change, it is worth it. But I didn't realize that when I got the tires rotation, they didn't tighten all the lug nuts. About four days later, I started getting a real bad vibration and noise. I had a feeling what it was. When I checked my ug nuts on my tires, two of my tires had several lug nuts very loose. I could screw them by hand. So if you here just be careful. I did send a complaint in, and they got back and apologized and said I would get a free oil change next time. It is hit or miss here. Gone here and had great service. Just be careful. This ended up costing me over $800. Because of this, my tires had flat spots. One was so bad it that the tire was craving and would have exploded soon.

Had a great experience today getting a quick oil change. Really friendly team over there and they listened to my situation and did exactly what I asked. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube AGAWAM!

I had problems twice the past week with a slow engine startup, but badly needed my oil changed. Went to get a oil change yesterday, waited for my turn to pull in the bay, then my car would not start. The manager, John, hooked my battery up to start it, he tried everything to start it up, no success. After about 15 minutes it was determined to be my alternator since my battery was ok. I've had a loose battery cable, but that wasn't the problem. I was quite upset because it was unexpected and I'm on a limited income, but I had no choice but to fix it. He immediately ordered the part and promised to take care of things for me. They immediately began to work on removing the alternator while waiting for the part to be delivered. John also made sure both battery cables were properly connected. The best thing was he applied a coupon discount to help me out. He was extremely professional and went abobe & beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube in Feeding Hills!!

It looked like a team effort which made it a quick oil change. I see the names on the receipt so, thank you Noah, Nathan, Nathan and Luis for the great customer service. Would recommend this location.

Unbelievable, I've been sitting here waiting for a filter. Why didn't they tell me? I could've gone somewhere else. Just saw him add oil, start the car revving it before the oil pump can do its job. Jiffy lube got money for motors? Guess I'm going to start looking elsewhere to get oil changes done. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
This is the feeding hills location where they worry more about video games than a customer car.

Patrons beware. I was charged almost $1000 for services they didn’t fully explain they were going to do. I went to the Feeding Hills Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. As I was waiting, the attendants told me that my brakes needed to be replaced. I hadn’t heard any noises but I am historically hard on my brakes and I had a 3 hour drive the next day and I wanted to make sure the car was safe so I agreed. I blame myself for not asking more questions, but I assumed he meant brake pads and that if he was going to replace my rotors as well that would have been a longer conversation. After waiting over an hour I inquired on how much longer it would be. Only then was I informed that they didn’t have the parts on site and were waiting for them to be delivered. They had the car lifted but had not begun any work. I was annoyed, especially considering that I believed they were only changing my pads, but they assured me the parts were almost here. 2 hours later they handed me a bill for almost $1000. I was aghast and only then saw that I had been charged for both pads and rotors. I had to transfer money from my savings to pay it. This was about a month ago and I have felt a lot of shame not knowing what to do about it. Finally decided I could at least try and keep it from happening to someone else.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I walked into the shop after parking in the inspection line and was ignored by the three employees in the shop, I was the only customer. The girl behind the counter had ear buds in watching a movie looked at me then continued watching her phone. I had to speak up before she spoke to me. I was going to leave but the inspection guy who I never saw had pulled my car in.
When done the inspection guy called me to the counter telling me I was supposed to leave the registration in the car. I explained nobody had spoke to me and ignored me so how’s was I to know!
My suggestion would be to avoid Jiffy Lube and bring your business elsewhere.
