The hose on the self service is way to stiff and the automatic NEVER does an undercarriage wash when I pay for it but other than that it's a decent car wash

I prefer touchless car washes and this facility is close to my home, so definitely a convenience factor at play here. However, while I typically get good results, occasionally I'll experience malfunctions - after paying - without having a reliable way to report the issue or to get a refund. It can be frustrating.

DO NOT USE. I paid, there was an error code in the system and I wasn’t able to get my car washed. Definitely disputing this with the bank. Save yourself the headache

Waste of money. Paid for undercarriage spray. Half of nozzles sprayed. Car wash had nozzles out. Have a nice salt stripe around car that wasn't washed. Really?? Tried calling your phone #. Disconnected.

Card machines don’t work.
Been here once before with cash and there were still streaks and dirt spots on my car after using the Express Wash. Not worth it, wash your car yourself instead.

Terrible experience with this place. Call a day in advance to reserve a part, mind you I live 4&1/2 hours away from the place. I reserve the part, get on the road, go 2 hours in and this guy tells me never mind now I’m selling to someone that just walked in. Waste my time, gas which in my Yukon xl is a lot, toll money. Next time take in consideration all that when you try to do some stuff like that wasting people’s time.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but if I pay $19 for a wash with undercarriage, I should NOT have mud on the step rail of my truck. And there is no one there to complain to.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. Especially the self wash.. now it’s $5 for a “power washer nozzle” that barely has any pressure.. NO SOAP CAME OUT OF THE NOZZLE WHEN SOAP OPTION WAS SELECTED, THERE WERE ONLY 2 OPTONS, SOAP/RINSE, HORRIBLE. Id give Z E R O stars id i could.S C A M ! ! and the full service wash doesn’t even fully wash the car..

I was going regularly, but the middle bay kept stopping and leaving my car soapy and no rinse. So I called the number and he gave me a code for a free wash and when I went back it happened again. I just stopped going because I was annoyed and didn't want to call again . I did go yesterday and used the bay far right side and had no issue.

It does the job in a pinch, but it doesn't seem to clean as well as a wash with brushes. After a wash I can swipe my finger and see the body of the car is still dirty.

Best touch free car wash I know of. Latest wash tech that’s well kept up. Don’t even have to move for the blower. Note if they could only figure out to automatically move the undercarriage washer…
