I was considering several different options for storage, including size, temperature control, etc. I was shown examples of each unit, as well as given options for different rates/payment options. Overall, the service and experience were outstanding.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Please read the whole thing. Attitude of the workers is unacceptable. Very rude and ignorant. I was moving things around in my storage unit and had to put some things outside so I can move things around and the workers were being very rude and telling me I can’t do that. How can I not move things around and put stuff for an a couple hours of to the side completely out of the way. The most frustrating thing is that they keep jacking up the rent litterally every month . I understand businesses need to make money and rise prices but when we first got the unit I believe it was 220, every so often they would bring up the rent 50 bucks or so and after a year for a 10 by 30 we were paying 450. That is absurd. They do it because they know to move all your stuff is a big hastle and they want to take as much money as they can from you. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!

The place is easily accessible as well as my unit. The only issue I have is they raise the rent too often and by a lot which is annoying. Also everything in my outdoor unit has moisture ruining my things but I suppose that’s because it’s an outside unit

I hurt my hand every time I open the door. Rusted pushes me hard every time. Sometimes I can't even lock it.

They raised my rate several times in only a years-time and so I got my stuff out and vacated. Upon signing the documents and turning my lock/keys in, they told me that they are purposely increasing peoples' rates to try and force them out so that they can sell the unit at a higher rate - Unbelievable

Avoid this company!!! They raised our rent by $200 in only 3 years. This is illegal price gouging. We are getting our stuff out immediately!!!

They charge a fortune and can't even keep the place up No maintenance done unlocks Whoever they have doing the yard maintenance blows everything into the units
