They consistently tell the truth about shipping times and actually make an effort to tell you when something goes wrong. At one point they made a shipment to the wrong address of mine, and their wait times are sometimes ~1/2 an hour, but that's not a huge deal honestly.”

“Went in to the the office they took care of me, received the equipment I needed, I had to get a new style nasal mask, may have to revisit that as it tends to fill up with condensation, they were thorough and was a good experience, sometimes a bit tough to get a call back.”
