We visited the Chester's chicken inside the Pride station on 8/31. The website states they open at 11, so we showed up at 11:30. Only the chicken was cooked, no sides yet. My husband asked the young man when the sides would be prepared and he just said "soon". So my husband and I sat and waited until 12:30 when some of the sides finally started coming out. Not the ones we wanted, but we were willing to take what we could get at this point. My husband ordered the 8 piece, 2 large sides and biscuits meal. While the young man was preparing the sides, my husband noticed he was trying to give us small sides instead of large. My husband questioned him about this and he seemed confused. Eventually he gave my husband the proper size side, but it wasn't until we got home that we realized he didn't give us gravy for the potatoes, which I heard my husband ask for twice. Seriously disappointed in my visit and it seems like some retraining may be appropriate.
Edited to add that we went to eat the sides and they're cold. We live 5 minutes away. Totally unacceptable.

Good gas station. Their prices are competitive - especially to the station a-crossed the street. The pumps are old and slower.

When Luis is in the kitchen the food is so incredibly good. It doesn't matter what you order, it will be delicious.10/10 when he is a the helm in the kitchen.

Placed an order to Pride Kitchen and it was a mess. One of 3 items not even made to be delivered and a 2nd item made incorrectly. Prides Customer service said it was GrubHub's fault...Not sure how that is possible if the order for the food has to be read by the person cooking it.

This review is for Chester's chicken. Every time my boyfriend and I have been there we have been greeted with excellent service. Every worker has been so kind and has given us their best service. The food is also amazing!
