Excellent Communication, they kept me informed about what issues needed addressing and what prices were going to be. They were quick and efficient and extremely reasonable. After my repairs my truck ran better than it has in years.I have an older vehicle and will need maintenance done so I will happily be going back. I would highly recommend.

Having an honest mechanic is extremely important to me. For many years I was bringing my vehicle to a particular place in West Springfield only to find out how unethical they actually were by charging me more labor than they actually put into the vehicle. This family-owned shop is an honest and professional car repair that is not easy to find these days. I did a holistic pre-purchase inspection for a used car I intended to buy. They listed all mechanic issues that buyers need to be aware of, and sent me the pictures and estimated costs. I ended up buying it and needed to drive back to RI. They even kindly offered me a free refill of coolant so that I can safely go back because that car has a leakage at the radiator. They are very friendly, very transparent and easy to go with. I didn’t have a repair at their shop but I would imagine the quality would be top-notch.

Brought my slammed 03 Wrx in for a full alignment, the guys at Quality auto got the car done real quick and got her driving great and straight once again. Will recommend to any of my friends with lowered cars/modified cars

I came to Quality based on the recommendation of a fellow car enthusiast and I couldn't have been any happier. The shop installed an aftermarket downpipe for me at a great price within hours of dropping the car off. While I take pride in doing most of my own work, Quality will be my go-to for anything outside of my scope!

just went to these guys in my slammer nissan mini truck and they had no issues aligning it! Was in and out in less than a half hour, and super fair on pricing! The inline rack made driving onto it with a slammed vehicle so easy!

Lied to me about what work needed to be done. Saying muffler n Cadillac converter when that was done 3 years ago. Bill $1500. Went elsewhere for $350 n only muffler. They are robbing people. Liars said 3 holes in converter. Other garage let's I get under to see work that needs to be done. No hiding what's wrong

I trusted them too. But just found out. My muffler was fixed for $350.. replaced n they wanted to redo more catalytic converter n more for $1500.. I trusted them now don't, won't ever go there again. If a garage don't bring u in n show u. While it's up. N etc. crooked. Glad I found out how dishonest they are n how honest my new garage is. Scammers everywhere. Protect yourself they really suck how many times have they lied n tipped me off. Been going to them for a while. My catalytic converter was replaced 3 years ago but they said it has 3 leaks. Lies. Lied to my face I mentioned it was new. .. liars don't trust them. Judgement day is coming, ripping off your customers for money n prob not even replacing some parts n charging you too. Can you prove differently?
