This is the 2nd time in 8 years I have come down, expressed my interest to purchase a specific vehicle, received no response, and then went and spent the 60k+ somewhere else. I tried to keep it in my hometown....

Not a good experience at all. Went in for routine service. The car ended up being there for 9 days. Got several different stories, this was a huge inconvience and I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years buying 3 cars and completing all service there. After this experience I think it is time to give Marcotte a try, it could not possibly be any worse

I had an unfortunate experience with Sarat Ford and their inventory. On 8/30 I received confirmation that a particular pre-owned vehicle was in stock. I spoke with the internet sales manager Cole, and I even asked directly to be sure: "the vehicle is actually, truly there?" to which he said it absolutely was. We set a time 9/1 at 5pm to check it out.The morning of 9/1, the vehicle and my appointment were confirmed again by Cole who said either himself or John would assist me upon arrival. As I was 15 minutes away from the dealership after an hours-long trip, I was texted by John that the vehicle is no longer available and has been "on hold for the last month" and "the buyer is just waiting on their investment funds to be released".After exchanging texts, John finally let me know it was an employee they were holding it for and I "could leave a second deposit if the deal falls through". I called and spoke with John who passed the blame to Cole. I asked to speak with the sales manager Ben and received his voicemail. After calling back Ben, I received excuses that "the ads sometimes stay up, I'm not really an IT guy to get them taken down" and received no empathy for my hour now wasted on their mistake.Overall, Ben, John and Cole were not customer focused in this sale and resulted in me purchasing elsewhere the same evening. Future sales will be impacted if they continue to hold cars for a month while lying about their availability.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the second car I purchased through Sarat Ford, and I was happy with the service when I bought my F150 that when it was time for a new car I decided to buy a Lincoln from there dealership. The sale was fine but I have had nothing but problems with their service department. I purchased the extended warranty with the bumper to bumper package and ten oil changes. My first oil change the Lincoln service manager got upset with me for scheduling it for 3:00pm because he wanted to leave at 2:30. I’m sorry that I work and don’t feel like an oil change is a reason to take a day off. My check engine light came on so I called the Lincoln service every Monday for 3 weeks and didn’t get a call back. Finally the call was transferred to the ford service and I was told that it would take three weeks to get an appointment. I also just got a notice for a recall and they said they would fix that and I was about due for an oil change so I scheduled that to be done. So, run diagnostic, change oil , do recall. I dropped off my car the night before for my appointment and waited to hear from sarat ford. It was almost the end of the day so I called and they said that they haven’t been able to get it in the bay yet. I called the following afternoon and was sent a text message saying that they still haven’t been able to look at it and hopefully tomorrow they can get it in the shop. I called the service department to get some answers since I felt it was very impersonal to receive a text and was told that the technician who does the diagnostic was out and that they didn’t even bring my car in to have any of the other work done. I was told that there wouldn’t be a loaner car available either. So here I am day three of them having my vehicle and I get a call saying that the work isn’t under warranty (which is fine) but they did complete my oil change. I said fine I will come pick it up. When Igot to the dealership they charged me 199.00 for the diagnostic fee which is something I could have got done at auto zone and it wouldn’t have taken 3 days. I was also very disappointed since my oil change package comes with a wash and vacuum and neither we’re done. I went back in to say something about it and the service woman said she didn’t have them do it because it was raining (it rained in the morning) but it should have been done.I don’t understand who is booking there appointments but they are not doing a very good job. nothing that was done to my vehicle warrants it being there for so long.I don’t understand what happened to this place, I used to be very happy with my service.I am so disappointed.

This is my new vehicle's first service. Always have been happy with Sarat. All my vehicles have been serviced there and will continue to do so. They're efficient, pleasant and reliable!

What a transformation. Over the last 2 years I have seen a transformation take place in the Service Dept. I use to to feel in trepidation and intimidation walking into the service dept. I would feel like I was putting them out because they had to do their job. Not anymore at least not the last 3 times I have been there this year. My experience was the opposite. Marley was the best. Pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thank you! Still a few there but I just don’t go to their desk.

I recently had my car repaired at Sarat Ford Collision after a minor accident . They were courteous, maintained lines of communication about additional damage discovered and how it could cause possible delays then completed the job earlier than expected. In addition, they detailed the inside and out so it looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. If you need body work done on your car, I highly recommend you take to Sarat! Milly

a Friend found this car on the Sarat website and sent to me. since i was located about 100 miles away i worked through the basic deal on the phone with salesperson Glen Bovino, who got right back to me with information and our basic deal. i drove up to Agawam on Saturday with my wife and we finalized our purchase.Surprisingly smooth transaction, all individuals were helpful to make our sale a smooth one....

I took my Lincoln MKC in for oil change and I was received with a warm welcome and greeted by name. Shown where the waiting room was and asked if they cauld get me a coffee. The employees were friendly and would chat with me of and on as I wait for the completion of the work. The rep then came and told me that the lug nuts needed replacement and that they took care of it. Awesome, nice, sweet, taking care of my safety and caring. Outstanding service. Thank you Marcy and team.

On March 25, we saw a 2023 Ford Explorer that just seemed right for us. In fact, our 2012 Ford Taurus SEL was purchased from Sarat Ford and we have nothing but good things to say about their service department.So, on March 25th, the Explorer that we liked was at another Ford Dealership under the Sarat brand called Family Ford in Enfield. We were told to make an appointment to come back the next day and test drive that SUV, and sign the papers. We agreed to $ 42,485, for the Explorer and we got a great deal with our trade in, plus incentives and we agreed to a down payment of $ 10,000. Great so far .... Now things start to fall apart.We arrived at our appointment on March 26th, only to be told taht there was no one available to drive the Explorer up from Family Ford. No phone call to advise us, no advance warning that the Explorer was not there.... nothing.Ok, the salesman was all apologies, and we left with another appointment for the next day, March 27th, and told the SUV will be there. So, we arrive, and no Explorer. It seems that the Sarat Ford brand at Enfield went to an auction instead of bringing the Explorer to where we waiting. We waited for an hour for this.In the final analysis, the lines of communications within the Sarat Ford brand has literally no dependability, no sese of business seeing $ 42,485 on their income statement, much less consideration for the salesman's work and efforts to earn his commission, providing for his family.I have yet to see such a "I could care less" demeanor, total disrespect and belligerency for what end of the checkbook these people are at.If anyone, and I mean anyone, wants to see why the imports are killing us, look no further than the Sarat Ford brand of doing businesss..
