They very nice n polite, if u have a problem r consent they'll do everything possible 2 help u. I very much like it cause my purpose 2day was 2 close my account but da lady that helped me was so nice I changed my mind. I'ma keep going there from now on ??

I’ve opened a bank account last week, I’ve deposited a few checks and this is the 4th or 5th working day and I still don’t have access to the money. I’ve been there twice and they said that: “that’s what is happening with new accounts”. Well then, they should stop calling their bank “America most convenient bank” into “America slowest bank” or “most inconvenient bank”. By the way, the attitude of most of the employees including the manager would be more appropriate for New York City.... this was my experience.

I went to use the atm there and it took my card for no reason. Then they wouldn’t even get my card back for me! That was at the Agawam TD too! Thanks so much for ruining my kids day.

Visited the Agawam branch today to have Medallions included on several investment documents. Not only Ms. Arroyo helped with this task but answered all my questions in a very professional way. Thanks for everything.

While the individuals that work here are very nice and generally helpful, the bank is really a low-class establishment. If you're just looking to put some cash away in an account, they will harrass you constantly. Ended up closing my account and going to a real bank.

Just left the branch. Forced me to pay $7 to cash a TD Bank check from my tenant. Will be asking the tenant to pay additional $7 check cashing fee unless they switch to a bank such as Peoples Bank that doesn't charge a cashing fee.
