“This is a great place! You walk in as a stranger, and in no time at all, you feel like you're among old friends. They have an incredible selection of liquor to choose from. The bartender told me "If it isn't on the list, we've got it anyway." Next time I'm in Western MA, this will be a necessary stop.”

Except sometimes hell close early? & after walking there a decent distance and getting there 20 minutes b4 closing shouldn't be a problem. Instead of having a business where you have to leave early all the time( 2nd time for me) may i suggest finding a time that you're comfortable with closing, maybe 9? 9:30? Advertising 10 pm closing time is a problem if you can't be there.”

“I agree with both Scott and Jon. Decent cigar selection for this type of establishment. Big attraction seems to be the gambling aspect with dedicated space and multi-tables for Keno players. Every scratch ticket and most tobacco products seem to be available. The woman who helped me was nice enough. If I ever need a cigar or lottery ticket, this would be my first choice in Springfield. Subtracting one star for the musky odor and ambiance. Perhaps some people would add stars for that!”

“I stopped by this establishment out of the blue. The first time I visited back when it had a different owner I was warmly welcomed and immediately loved the environment. At the time, I was new to cigar smoking, but I quickly came to appreciate the culture and respect it.
When I returned under the new ownership, I was once again welcomed with open arms, not judged for being inexperienced, but encouraged to learn. The staff took the time to teach me how to choose, cut, and enjoy cigars, and even how to pair them with the right drink.
The more I came, the more I loved it. Every visit brings great conversations, laughter, and a true sense of community. Everyone who walks in is greeted like a regular. It’s honestly my favorite place to be”
