Ive been going to V&F for seven years now. They’ve always been straight forward and honest and do great work. Plus they're staff are super friendly and treat you like family. I’d highly recommended them if your vehicle needs work.

Have had a very high quality experience.Prices are higher than average, but they do a free diagnostic and they have a car to drop/pick you up if there will be a long wait time for the work.My only complaint is that they upsell a bit too much (fuel injector cleanings and not understanding dealership coolant colors)

Took my vehicle in and was quoted $3600 for 1 repair. Did my own research and thought I would get a second opinion. After having it checked out at a place right down the street I was quoted $400. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone we have spoke to believes they over charge. I will never recommend this service center. So very happy I listened and got a second opinion.

I was about to go out of town and my neighbor noticed that my headlight was out. She gave me the number of V&F Auto. I called them in a panic! Nicole told me to come right in! In a half hour from the time I called my headlight was changed and I was on my way!Amazing Staff! Amazing Service! I am so happy I now have a place to bring my car!

Very impressive established. My Jeep Liberty needs a lot of work.. they did a full diagnostic. Emailed me their concerns and provided a free ride between home and their place. Due to a horrible storm they let me keep the car there overnight. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they are worth it.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle from Jim at V&F Auto. The process went very smoothly and I'm fromout of state which usually complicates things a bit. He was very accommodating. The vehicle was everything I expected it to be and Jim was kind enough to make sure to top off the tank before I left to head home with it. Very happy with the purchase and would work with them again if the need arises.

Changing my rating to a 1 because I tried to make an appointment and I’m don’t have any way to just drop off my one car. They refuse to do it in a timely manner (maybe hire competent mechanics?) so I can wait despite the fact I was calling ahead to make an appointment. So do not use, any shop at this level of stupid deserves to go out of business.
