Didn't go with my car when it was towed and they stole about $200 worth of change in my center console that was conveniently in a bag for them. Wouldn't recommend dumping water on them if they where on fire

Unreliable staff. Bad attitude and DAMAGES CARS. DO NOT use this company. The drivers will damage your cars then say it’s your fault. The employees have a bad attitude and they scam people by charge them extra. Avoid at all costs.

Negative stars if possible. This company is predatory and actively searches private lots to find cars to tow and make money. We had to swap out our car for a weekend due to it being in service, and they towed our car from our apartment lot for which we had a paid spot. Additionally, each person we spoke to quoted us a different price to try to scam us out of more money. The city of Boston should investigate this business and their predatory practices.

Wish I could give negative stars. Called them at 7 AM because my car had been towed the previous night and I wanted to confirm they had it. Despite this company being open 24 hours, I am told on the phone to call back at 8 and hung up on. No “Hello this is D&G towing” just a disinterested “Hi” and being brusquely told to call back at 8 and hung up on. Despite them being open 24 hours and probably just have to do a quick system’s check to see what cars they’ve impounded. My boyfriend subsequently calls them back and they tell him the same thing. My boyfriend responds back that they are open 24 hours can you please just confirm that you have the car. The man on the phone says “I don’t care that we are open 24 hours, call back at 8.” And hangs up on us. What??? You don’t care about the hours of your business?? What a waste.
We walk 40 mins to the towing office just for them to tell us to walk 40 minutes back to the police station to get a towing slip from them. Would’ve been great information they could’ve shared over the phone instead of hanging up on us and being rude!! We get the slip and my car returned to me, but what a miserable group of people making it their life’s mission to make everyone else miserable. I understand you have a job to do and people are towed for various reasons, but the lack of professionalism and customer service is supremely lacking. I hope to never have to deal with them ever again. Needlessly giving people a hard time during a stressful and frustrating moment in their lives. Disgusting.

Woman who answers the phone could use some personality and customer service; I've had better interactions with a wet paper bag than her. Not to mention she doesn't know what she's talking about, so she sounds like a moron on the phone when she can't answer questions about the facility she works at. Also, they should update their hours to reflect when they are actually open. What a joke.
