I go here for a year, and when my card is not readable, i asked for help and the spanish lady basically yelled at me??? I mean it’s not even my fault. This place is rotten to the core and I will never go here ever again.

Overall, it's a pretty good laundry for its price, although it certainly looks like it's living its last days. You can still wash your clothes here very well. A small note — despite the opening hours, you can wash until 8 PM (20:00). I've been coming here for over three months and have no special remarks. I recommend it.

To be a london with a lot of people that come, it has to be cleaner, not that from the machines to the floor, walls, and the televisions are very dirty, almost the majority of the machines are not useful, the staff that is there is not pleasant, they are very offensive. I should pay more attention to it.

There is a Spanish lady that works here she always has an attitude for no reason at all she probably don’t appreciate black folks but this is ridiculous she yelled at me, it’s funny how she’s reacting with and suddenly when other people ( Spanish) come and talk to her she’s smiling having conversations with them and ignoring me . Her name is Ana A.

Price is right on their wash dry and fold service but on two separate occasions, I've recieved my clothes back with large, dark stains all over em. It looks like there was some oil in their machines because it was all over both whites and colored clothes. The first time the owner made it right by offering a credit for the damages but I just got my clothes back, new clothes that I've purchased since the first occurrence and now the stains are even larger than before. I won't be returning

They should clean the place since it has many customers and send maintenance to those machines that are all very dirty and most of them are useless.

This was my first time and I will never go back.They have more than two washing machines that are broken they have more than two dryers that are broken the kids are playing inside the people are sitting on top of the tables and leaving their clothes on the table so no one else can use them there is dust everywhere the place has not been cleaned in about 2 years or more and does on the wallsTV and security camera.

I have washed my clothes there a few times, anytime I went and washed my clothes and then came back, I realized some Pieces of my clothes were missing, I never thought of this laundry like this , until I lost 9 brand new white T-shirts ?, I finally realized and stop going there ,I used to put clothes in dryer then I used to go out and walked on Brighton ave and then come back, I think people who wash clothes in this laundry most of them are Spanish people, I am not blaming them but definitely someone from them is a thief , be very careful if you wash your clothes there, don’t leave the laundry and watch out all the time ,
