Last week I took my Toyota Sienna to them. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car service.

10/10 I really appreciate Juan and everyone here! I called and asked last minute if they could take a look at my brakes and change my oil when it was pretty close to closing time and Juan said they could do it. Everyone was really friendly and got right to work. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. On top of the services I paid for (basically a full front brake replacement and oil change), I noticed they also filled my windshield wiper fluid and put air in my tires. J & J Auto Service has the best group of mechanics in the state of Massachusetts.After making a call the day before, the lead mechanic, Juan, was able to work on my car for a mechanical issue and tire change. I was impressed by the level of service and customer care J&J Auto Service had. I felt like my vehicle was in the best hands it could be in the whole time.The same job that the dealership would have charged me was 5X the price. the job was completed in the same day I brought my vehicle in; going through the dealership, it would have taken them two months to address the issue due to backed up appointments.I am so thankful for Juan and J & J Auto Service. I went there to get some work done on my car including rotor disks and brakes. They made me wait for hours and hours. I asked them to make sure that everything was good as I had to travel interstate for about 18 hours. I paid them very good amount of money. But I realized in my first hour of drive that they didn’t fix a couple of things I asked for which brought me so much inconvenience on the middle of the road with my family and a one month old kid. So I don’t recommend this mechanic.
