The tenants who live next door just make noise, I'm fed up, every night they play music, they shout as if it were daytime, please do something, they finish making noise at 2 in the morning and I need to sleep.

Ask for maintenance for two weeks and no one showed up. Previous tenant left a ton of garbage that no one took care of. No reimbursement at all. Broken blinds unattended for two weeks. People can see through window day and night. Absolute worst experience ever with a renting company.

No one answers the phone, they never called back even though I left voicemail a few times.
