“Today (the day after Thanksgiving) I had a flat tire that wouldn’t inflate. I called and was told to come directly over. They took me in immediately, and found a slit in the tire. It was patched so I was ready to go within about 15 mins. I really appreciated them taking such good care of me. They’ve earned a new customer!”

“Above and beyond! Eddie to the rescue, literally. My car wouldn't start at 4:30 on Friday while parked at a store in town. After 3 failed jumps we called AAA for a tow (and a 90 minute wait...). I called Eddie to see what time the shop closed and instead of saying see you tomorrow, he asked where I was and immediately drove down to meet me to see if he could get it started. He knew all the tricks, got it started somehow, drove it back to his shop to fix it and it was ready first thing the next day. Unbelievable service from a mechanic who is honest and cares about his customers. Thank you!”

About two weeks ago, my mother was involved in an intersection collision in Salisbury while traveling with a friend and my two sons (ages 6 and 10). Fortunately, no one was seriously injured, though the vehicle was totaled and my boys were understandably shaken up.
