“After completing my car’s vehicle inspection, Steve recommended that I repair my muffler’s exhaust pipe before it breaks. My usual mechanic wouldn’t be able to look at it for for a month. “Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. Overall, I would highly recommend them, to anyone and everyone.”

“I don't often write reviews however Grease Monkey in Exeter deserves a shout out!!! This is the 3rd time I have taken my car there since my mechanic retired. I've had inspections and oil changes. Caleb is extremely personable, accommodating and highly competent. I forget the name of the great gentleman who did my last two oil changes, but he was amazing as well. I highly recommend you give them a try!”
