I keep giving this BK another try b/c only one in the area. Im wanting them to get better. Shame on me. Order through the app, arrive 15 minutes later and still have to wait 10 mins for food and there was no one ahead of me. Double cheeseburger was gross, too much mustard (swimming in mustard) and dried out burger. Onion rings were nice and hot.

I don't know why, but every time I order, I never get what I ask for. I think they should throw salt and ketchup in the bag. They are quite expensive, for what you order and what you get.

Can barely hear through the drive thru speaker, guy at window just mumbled, cash only after sitting in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes, drive thru was so slow, fries were cold and still raw.
