We could not be more thrilled with our experience at Collision North. We’ve worked with them a few times and the staff is always friendly and communicative. In our most recent experience, not only was our car was fixed in a timely manner but we had the most amazing unexpected surprise with the incredible cleaning they gave it too. What may have been a small thing to them truly made the week of this busy working mom! We will be lifelong customers. Thank you, Collision North!

I had a small paint job that a couple local body shops would not help me with. Luckily, I found Mark at Collision North who was happy to take on my project. He had a very reasonable estimate to me the same day and I was able to get on their schedule quickly. The paint match was great and the job wrapped up a day early and on budget. I highly recommend Collision North for any of your auto body needs!

It had been over 30 years since the last time I needed a body shop, and had Unpleasant negative experiences each time; so I was quite frankly ecstatic when I picked up my car yesterday from collision North to see the work they had done & how thorough they were. The last time my car looked that good was when I left the dealership the day I bought it.
Bree contacted & handled the insurance company for a needed supplemental & the work was completed when promised.
The only way I could have been more satisfied is if they had left a bag of money on the passenger seat. ?

This place is phenomenal!! They were able to get me in quickly and worked fast!! Their work is hands down the best and they even detailed the inside and outside of my car for me after it was finished!! If I ever need anymore work done I will definitely be back! Thank you again so much!!

This place is AMAZING! I went here because I got into a hit and run accident on the same side that I had previous work done. When I brought it to John (Collision North), he was very nice and provided me a timeline on when my car would be fixed and done! Well, he caught the mistake from another body shop that I had work done and let me know that they didn't replace my doors. He worked with my insurance and kept me up to date on the process. When I say kept me updated, I'm talking about, he would give me a call every other day to let me know what was going on with it all. I can't thank him and his body shop enough. They washed the outside and clean my interior of my car, it was like I just bought a brand new car! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop for any exterior damage!!!

Everyone at Collision North was great to talk to and work with. They helped arrange my rental car through Enterprise so I didn't have to arrange a ride when dropping my car off. They did the repairs on the promised schedule. The repairs look great. As a bonus they detailed my car!

We used Collision North to fix our truck a few weeks ago. John was awesome and kept me updated throughout the process, communicated directly with our insurance company and finished the work faster than any shop we have ever gone to. They even recommended a nearby rental company and we were able to drop the rental off at the shop when our truck was ready. We plan to take our truck back in next month for tires since they did such a great job. Thank you!!

We went to Collision North because of the ratings we saw on line. We came from Florida and i accidentally backed up thru our host granite mail box. I needed care immediately and Collistion North took us in immediately , ordered the parts and the car was like new when done. It was an expensive proposition but i am so thankfull for the service and the quality of work.
