Worst management company I’ve come across. Negligent, never responsive, the manager is clueless and irresponsible, terrible at maintaining properties

When the water heater went out for the whole property we were told it would be fixed promptly, almost a week later finally fixed cause they have to be cheap and invest parts in a decade + old water heater. As cheapy cheap as property managers come!
