Worst property management company I've ever dealt with! NO communication. Problems don't get resolved. I'm so disgusted with Ken and his lack of management skills. Big waste of time and money. Any other company has to be better than this one.

Worst management company I’ve come across. Negligent, never responsive, the manager is clueless and irresponsible, terrible at maintaining properties

When the water heater went out for the whole property we were told it would be fixed promptly, almost a week later finally fixed cause they have to be cheap and invest parts in a decade + old water heater. As cheapy cheap as property managers come!
