BankProv has been a trusted bank for over ten years, known for friendly and courteous staff. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of employees, including those at the Haverhill Rd and Market Street branches. The bank offers good customer service, and staff are pleasant and professional. While they no longer handle residential loans, customers remain satisfied with their banking experience, finding it much better than larger chains.
I had the opportunity to work with a young girl at the Haverhill Rd branch today to cash in some bonds. It was a pleasure working with such a delightful, pleasant professional. This young girl is the model for what customer service is all about.

Been banking with these folks for a decade plus now and they are always kind and courteous. They no longer do residential loans which is kind of a bummer, but we are still glad we can bank with them. Much better then the big chains.
