“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for one of your drivers, Marc.
About two weeks ago, my mother was involved in an intersection collision in Salisbury while traveling with a friend and my two sons (ages 6 and 10). Fortunately, no one was seriously injured, though the vehicle was totaled and my boys were understandably shaken up.
When your flatbed tow truck arrived, Marc went above and beyond. Instead of simply loading the vehicle, he took the time to interact with my sons, show them how the tow truck worked, and explain how the ramp operated. His kindness turned a distressing situation into a positive memory for my kids.
Please pass along our heartfelt thanks to Marc for his extraordinary customer service and kindness.”
“When we arrived we had a great reception. Plenty of time was taken to get us acquainted with the vehicle. Very personal approach, unlike what we experienced with the larger rv-rental companies. Fair prices. Our unit was not very new but was clean and nice. Everything was working properly. Returning it was easy. We would absolutely recommend renting your rv here.”
“Hi thank you! Nancy R was very kind when I was stressed the day of moving. We returned the truck easily with the gate code, drove in to the equipment return, dropped the keys in the drop box before 18:00 PM on 5/31.”
“Excellent service, super nice people, told me exactly when they would arrive to tow my vehicle, very prompt. They were very careful moving my Audi onto a flatbed. Great communication from initial dispatch, to the office, to the tow driver. We highly recommend Mad Mike. They’re actually not “mad” at all… super nice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Had a wonderful experience with Chris's auto body. Was grateful that I lived close by as he gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car and picked me up when my car was done. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs body work or electric work done on their car. Thank you, Chris.”

“Quick, efficient, honest and friendly. Prioritized that we were stuck on the side of the highway. Made sure we could get to the garage to get air in the spare tire and filled it up for us. We appreciate your help.”
“I have been going to Herb and Rob's for over a decade and would not consider taking my car elsewhere. From the first appointment for an inspection, I was nervous because you always expect the worst. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner and needed no repairs, so I was on my way quickly. Rabih, the owner, is knowledgeable and makes an effort to ensure that his staff is responsible and skilled. I trust Herb and Rob's to be honest and explain any repairs that I've needed over the years, Highly recommended = A+!”
“U-Haul storage check in was great. The woman running the office was friendly and professional. When we realized we needed a larger unit, she took care of us immediately. Glad we found this place.”

“Jakob responded when I called AAA for a tow. And rather than blindly tow me to make some money, he was able to quickly ID and fix my battery issue on the spot. Absolute hero work. I don't even live nearby and I'd bring my vehicle here for the way he selflessly helped me when I was in a bind.”
“Guys here are amazing. We were in a bit of a spot today with a blown out trailer tire. Frank stopped what he was working on when we pulled in to get us back on the road. Can't thank them enough!”

“I was a knucklehead homeowner who managed to get his riding lawn mower into a ditch. Shortly after calling Edgemont Garage, Frank arrived with his tow truck and with both efficiency and courtesy quickly rescued me, with absolutely no damage to my mower.
I have no doubt he would have done equally good work with our SUV if we had needed a toe or roadside assistance.
Honestly, it's a pleasure to be able to do business with a local company rather than a big conglomerate. I can't say enough good things about Edgemont Towing- don't hesitate to call them should the need arise.”

“Leon at Dana's Towing is superb! We got locked out of our car during a half marathon and called AAA for help. Unfortunately, all the nearby roads were shut down. Leon circled and circled for a way to us, and eventually walked half a mile to our car (and half a mile back) just to lend us a hand. We are so thankful for the above and beyond customer service from Leon!”
“Awsome of paul in the towing department. He put everything together to get the heavy rig out to my place. It was fast service. The rig guy did a great job of moving my 9 ton tractor over and overcome the obstacles. I will forever use their services again. I never seen any other company that would do this great services for me. I'm sure they will put all their efforts to their other customers like they did for me. By the way.... I called 5 other companies and they said it couldn't be done...... well.... these ppl did it. They deserve more stars then 5.
Awsome guys. GREAT TEAM WORK.”
“We used Valpon Towing to move 2, military Humvees from one secure facility to another. This company met all of the security requirements needed to access a defense facility. Professional employees, met all insurance requirements and had the equipment needed to accomplish the task. Highly recommend them.Quinn Mfg Inc.Services: Special vehicle towing”

“My daughter's car broke down. I made the call, they towed it to the dealer. Job done. While I hope not to need them again, it's nice to know they are there.”
