Had one interaction with one employee it was the pharmacist… Disappointed in Amesbury mass Walgreens it’s such a shame.

Drive through doesn't work as speaker phone hasn't worked for weeks. Can't communicate Prescriptions take forever. Would not recommend this pharmacy. Seems as though there is no management to oversee the problems at this store.

I fill the same prescription every single month, and every single month they do a partial fill forcing me to make 2 trips. I also have to help them do basic math to show that I am filling the prescription on the right day because they regularly get the day wrong. Apparently it’s hard to remember that some months have 30 days and others have 31, but my prescription is always a 28 day supply.
Update - this month they have had my prescription all day, the app said that a partial fill would be ready. I drive there, and they tell me it’s actually out of stock and won’t be ready until Monday! It’s Saturday and of course they aren’t open on Sunday but they had all day to tell me it was out of stock and maybe I could have gone to a different location, but they wait until I go there and now it’s too late. What the hell happened to the partial fill you told me would be ready?!?!

Absolutely one of the worst Walgreens possible they delay everything that they can they go against what the computer and what the phone says if the prescription says one thing they will do something completely different and they don’t care if you’re disabled and they don’t care if you have to pay extra money to get a ride there they just Want to make it as difficult as possible for you to get your medication in this place and especially Kim the pharmacist needs to learn the law because they don’t even follow the state law. They do whatever they feel like doing and they do it completely different than the state law and not on top of that they lie and say That They do things the same as the pharmacy that you used to go to, but reality its not the case and it’s perfectly obvious that they’re just changing what the last pharmacy says so that it says what they want it to be. TWO DAYS LATER AND STILL DONT HAVE THEM!!!!!!!!

Great pharmacy. Fast and friendly people. Always have reminders and always ready when promised. Eric is very personable and will get you in and out quickly. No more CVS for me.

Very unhappy. I never leave reviews but the pharmacy staff here lied about why I couldn’t pick up my son’s new medication, they blamed insurance. When I called insurance company they said that wasn’t true and it should be able to be picked up today because it’s a new medication. My insurance called the pharmacy to help facilitate a resolution. Once the pharmacy realized it was their incompetence, I never received any sort of “I’m sorry about that”, but was instead greeted with complete rudeness and disrespect and made to wait even longer. 0/10 would NOT recommend

This Walgreens has such a poor rating….
So, I wanted to help change that.
My experience has been so positive.
The pharmacy folks have been kind, professional and very efficient.
The cashiers are helpful and always so friendly. Their inventory is spot on and their prices are pretty fair.
Customer service and their pharmacy has been very good.
Thank you to all employees who do their best to help customers.

Taking into account the current shortage of doctors of pharmacy and some drugs, I think this pharmacy does a good job. One of the pharmacy technicians, eric, there's always courteous efficient and polite. The pharmacists are always available for consultation and are all very helpful.

They never have prescriptions ready and you always have to call to check on them which takes forever to get through to anyone. I never wait less than 10 minutes on hold. Then when I get through, I'm told they don't have the medication and it needs to be ordered.I get texts telling me my prescription is ready to be picked up only to be told when I get there it isn't actually ready yet, and they don't know why I got a text. This has happened a few times now.A few of the cashiers act like you're bothering them just by being there and have major attitude for no reason. I'm sure they deal with unpleasant customers all day but I'm not one of them so giving me attitude is unnecessary.I have gone to Rite Aid/Walgreens for years and I'm just done. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on.
