Got an inspection. Was failed on brakes that no one (Pelham Auto) who'd looked at my car before and after inspection, could find a problem with. Thanks for the added issue- first time I had a problem with them but won't return.

One single person dealing with front desk, inspections, and receiving payments. I feel sorry for the guy. It took over an hour to get an inspection, and there was only one car ahead of me. I know it's hard to find technicians, but not having a front desk person dealing with payments and customers, smells of penny pinching. I'll have to find somewhere else to take my business.

Do not take your car here. I went in with a coolant leak told them to check. They said they did a pressure test and didn't find anything. I pick up my car and i'm still losing coolant a few days later I check myself and see that a crossflow pipe is cracked and rusted and leaking coolant. These guys are amateurs it should not have been hard to spot. Don't waste your time here.

Dropped my car of ob a Saturday, got it back on Friday 6 days later. Did not fix problem. Brang it back on sunday, said they would fix it, pick it up Wednesday day said they fixed it!!! Drove home still grinding noise!!! Waited two weeks of my life tusting these people never again be very careful. Not trustworthy at all!!!

Pulled in with a broken heat shield that was making a racket. They took my car within 15 min and had it fixed within 30 min. Thank you to your great team for their service.

I came to do the test, and finally used me more than $900 to repair my handbrake, but it turned out that it had not been repaired. It is not recommended to go here to do testing, and finally I did a total of three repairs, and now the handbrake is still not available.

Took my new vehicle for inspection after getting it registered. I have come here for inspections on my previous vehicles. This visit I was dissapointed to see that the customer before me was talking to the gentleman doing inspections as he was about to pull my vehicle into the garage and this customer was touching and placing his hands on my vehicle and resting his arms on the open door as they chatted. I did not appreciate the staff member allowing some random guy to put his hands on a vehicle that didn't belong to them while they said and did nothing about it. Pretty unprofessional. Inspection itself was quick.

The people working at Auto Express were able to get my rear brakes and rotors done on the same day that I took it in. They don't take appointments, but they're pretty good about estimating how long it's going to take. (They told me it'd be done around 3-4, and I picked it up at 3:45.) They were also $100 cheaper than the estimate that another place gave me! They were honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I'd definitely go there again.
