Came in last night workers quickly greeted me and asked if I needed any help. While I was getting ready to cash out someone had come in to drop off used oil but there was a sign on the door saying the tank was full. The person who went to drop off the oil got angry and started problems for no reason but the workers handled it professionally. Props to those workers! Shame to that man.

Using big chain business money to build out a huge store right in front of the locally owned (and great) auto parts store, in an attempt to steal all their business is a trashy ruthless move. Don’t support them.

Excellent customer service! About a month ago I bought windshield wipers and needed help installing. An employee took care of it right away. Today I went back and bought a tail light. Again, I needed help installing. William did a fantastic job and was very kind and patient—even with the cold and snow!

I purchased a transmission through AutoZone online and I was having problems scheduling pickup of the old core through the website. I called this store, as they are in the same town as the garage where the work was done, and they were incredibly helpful. They went to the garage where the old core was waiting, picked up the part and refunded my core deposit to my credit card, all within an hour of my initial call to them. I highly recommend this AutoZone dealer, they went above and beyond to help me, their customer service is top notch!

I came into autozone today in Amherst and a manager by the name of William assisted me with with finding the right headlights for my vehicle; despite the heatwave offered to come and assist with installation. Was very pleased with the customer service given by William and will continue to visit this store from now on; this store needs more employees like him!
