ZERO stars. I had to give one star in order to post a comment. These are the RUDEST business people in town. I arrived immediately after the business opened for a car inspection. I was the only person in the waiting room but was invisible to the man on the phone and the other men in their private offices. Finally, the man on the phone told me someone would be with me as he continued on his call. Another man came, reluctantly, to the counter and I told him I was there for a car inspection. He told me they weren’t doing them because the person who does them had not yet come to work. He said I could either wait to see if he showed up or go to one of the other businesses doing inspections. This advice was given after an unnecessary and unacknowledged wait. I left and had my car inspected elsewhere. That service attendant even smiled and said thank you. Farewell rude, grim folks at B & P.

Do Not waste your time with these people. I Called 3 times in one week and got no answer at the parts counter after 10 minutes. I finally just drove the 30 minutes there one day since they can't use a phone and they wouldn't even look in the back to see if they had the part I needed (I had the old one in hand). Zero stars. Worthless.

Can't go wrong if you need it 99.9%of the time they have it and if they don't it will be there in a couple days. Extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help strongly recommend.

I went there looking for a replacement battery for my portable Genrac generator. Was not hopeful they would even have it. Not only did they have it in stock the clerk was very helpful and knowledgable.

My son took my subaru in for the.annual inspection. There.was.a.minor issue with an anterior joint of the exhaust system so of course there was an R placed on windshield. The inspector commented that they could not repair it until.end of month but did recommend.another business where.he.went and had the repair done.a.day and a half later. The Boyden and Perron inspector then passed the car. They were very helpful.

I would not recommend this place to single women. Poor communication, terrible attitude, patronizing and rude. I asked him to look at one thing and when I came back he had removed something else from my car and told me that it would get rid of “that rattle” (there had been no rattle). He had forgotten to look into the wire I had asked him about. As soon as I drove my car again, it was making terrible grinding and rattling noises. I called back to see if he would look. At it again and he yelled at me that it was a coincidence and he wasn’t going to be roped into any free repairs! I had not asked for any free repairs! Just insight into what happened, wanting my car to be safe, hoping I could bring it in to have a nut tightened or loosed from whatever I requested modification he had made.

Had my vehicle inspection done. They were able to make minor repairs so my car passed.
