It wasn't only exceptional customer service, it is the human being that he is that shines through the retail and corporate role, that probably can't be properly expressed in the typical job evaluation or customer review. Enterprise is beyond fortunate to have him on your team. Our interactions were quick though in my circumstances of losing my car to an accident during a blizzard I really appreciated the care he took to answer my questions and advise me about things involving the extension of my rental by the insurance company and how I would be able to return the rental to the location in CT where I was picking up my new vehicle. I have had many good experiences with Enterprise. I can't think of any negative ones over 20 or so years. This one was over the top. If John gets to read this, my heartfelt thanks again for making a difference in my quality of life during this incident!”
