“I needed to rent a car while mine was protractedly stuck in a body shop being repaired. This ultimately involved numerous rental extensions (insurance company covering the rental wasn't great at communicating), a rental car switch when I requested to upgrade to a slightly better car, and a complicated/last minute/rescheduled vehicle drop off at a geographically closer enterprise location. Tom at the Amherst Enterprise location expertly guided me through the entire process, and was considerate, communicative (in a timely fashion) and resourceful with various options and ideas.It is equal parts refreshing and (increasingly) rare to witness and receive customer service at this exceptional level. I would recommend using this Enterprise location to anyone who needs a rental.”
