Worst health care system with worst staff. their system is fully broken. They don’t know anything about people and human being. It would be better if they would close all medical facilities in the entire Amherst MA. In fact it will be better if they will close all medical facilities in Massachusetts. It’s totally waste of time and money.

Very helpful! I had a last minute doctor's appointment and needed my MRI on disk ASAP. They got them for me in 10 minutes. I appreciated them going out of their way to help with my impromptu appointment.

Staff was very nice and had no issues. If you're rating them badly because of wait times just think about everything going on here. COVID regulations means they have to sanitize everything between patients. They have one machine that people spend 30+ minutes in at a time. Patients are brought in, told the procedure, ask questions, undress, get in, get comfortable, lay there for 30+ minutes, get out, dress again, then sanitization. There is obviously going to be a wait.

I've had several Xrays and MRIs done here. No problem. Everyone seems sufficiently skilled, and the results have been posted to the MassGen portal quickly. MRI is efficient and professional. The technician that does the X-rays hasn't been particularly friendly, which was a bit uncomfortable, but the work itself seems to have been fine.

I went there for bloodwork and the process was super quick and easy. I felt very safe there during the pandemic and the woman who drew my blood was wonderful and clearly good at what she does.

They did not allow me to accompany and help my wife who was there for a procedure and was in great pain. They have only one hard chair for waiting which was occupiedI was told to sit outside in a hard chair in 90 heat. No restroom or water access. I am 90 years old.

Do not go here after hours. The technicians can not process any insurance info. Really unfair to them but what is worse is that i have tried 3 times to get a simple xray here and failed every time.How do they make any money? Simple 5 minute xray.........

There's always a long wait. This time, after waiting for over an hour (only 3 patients there), was told they printed the slips to a different facility!! Very upsetting!

Everyone was super sweet and explained everything and made sure I knew I could get out at any time. Was worried about claustrophobia but kept eyes closed everyone I experienced was kind and the process was very quick and positive.

The cost for an MRI at this facility is 3 times that of the MRI center at Mercy Medical in Springfield.
