I just wanted to get my prescription filled but I had to wait 2 weeks of the cvs sending messages to my doctors telling them that the order was wrong but then when I call my doctor they say that they sent the correct order and cvs pharmacy has been reading it wrong this whole time. The confusion was the amount of gel vs the amount of medication in the gel but that is a simple conversion that any pharmacist should be able to do. These pharmacists must have never taken a chemistry class because that is a simple conversion, even I could do it.

I would give 0 stars If there's an option. The lady for prescription pick up is very rude. She sounds annoyed when I asked her questions about my prescription and shout to me when she didn't hear my questions clearly. Truly disgusting.

The minute clinic is terrible. I opted to go here to get wax cleaned from my ears instead of my doctor because I thought it would be faster. Instead I was met with an incredibly rude nurse practioner who first questioned why I thought my ears had wax in them (uh because my ears feel clogged?) and then told me my heart rate/BP were too high for her to do the procedure, even though she confirmed that I did have build up in my ears. She then accused me of not caring about the high heart rate/BP when this is not the first time it's happened for me and I work closely with my doctor on these matters. I'm not just sitting around pretending it's no big deal like she seemed to accuse me of doing. Why would I let a random nurse practitioner in a CVS push me around and freak me out? When I work with way more competent and caring doctors. I wanted to be like you are causing my heart rate to spike right now! Then she charged me $99 after totally wasting my time. I told her that and she was not pleased, but you know what, c'est la vie, if you gave a shit about actually helping people, you wouldn't have been as rude and condescending as you were. I will not return here. I suggest going to your doctor or an urgent care before you go here to do anything.

The pharmacist gave me excellent, compassionate advice about takingmultple vaccinations n the same day. And the mobile testing unit person is also very good.

Gave me the wrong medicine! Label and what were in the package were two entirely different TYPES of medicine. Was not something I am even prescribed. Could have made me very sick. Going to switch to stop and shop.

Dont go in this store . There's a sick alcoholic manager named Tim who yells at you because he's angry at his husband . He takes his shit out on random customers . Stay away

It makes no sense that this CVS is rated so low at this the end of July 2021. The manager is intelligent and fully involved, so if problems were brought to his attention, they would have been remedied. The workers are kind, attentive, and vigilant about caring for their customer. If you haven't used this CVS location in awhile; try them again. For goodness sakes, don't let disgruntled patrons ruin a good business; bring back the compassionate spirit of exchange that made our country great.

June 1, 2021 I went to this pharmacy to pay for my new prescription from a new doctor. The pharmacist at that time, 1:00 pm, told me that I'd already picked up my prescription at CVS in town. I explained to her that that was not the prescription I was asking about; however, she kept telling me it was. She even showed me the prescription sent by another doctor a month ago, the one I'd already refilled. I kept telling her the doctor's name who sent the new prescription, and pointed out the other doctor's name. She didn't get, so kept arguing me and telling me what I wanted. Finally, I left without the prescription. I did tell her important it was to me to get that prescription. Anyway, I received a text about a refill, the initials CHL. Wow, that wasn't the prescription I was looking for. In fact, I'd another refill which I didn't pick up because I like to get all of my medicine together. And, I never got a text that that prescription had been filled. (I've gone to the corporate office many times, and supposedly everything was set for them calling and/or texting me about refills) My doctor's office called today to let me know that the prescription was at CVS at 2 pm on June 1, 2021. CVS did not inform me of this on Tuesday evening, Wednesday and Thursday. My prescription was sitting there all that time. I'd told the pharmacist how important that medicine was to me. (I was turned away at the dentist's office because my blood pressure was too high for them to treat me). So, I called CVS today - June 4 around 2 pm and spoke with the pharmacist. I asked her what happened. She kept saying that my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. Again, I asked her why they didn't let me know the new prescription was ready. She avoided that question, so kept telling me the prescriptions could be picked up. She hung up on me because she said I was yelling at her. Not true! My voice carries - it's not mealy-mouth, sweet or timid. I can project! What happened is that this pharmacist treated me as though I were stupid; that I didn't know what prescription I was seeking or what doctor I had. She kept pointing to my other doctor's name, while I kept telling her my new doctor's name. She took me for an ignorant fool, but what I want to say is that, \"If the shoe fits, wear it.\" I will be seeking another pharmacy because I've had too many problems with CVS. It's as if they are playing with one's life -Russian Roulette. Also, I find that this pharmacist is clearly incompetent, and one who doesn't have good listening skills.

I called several times to get a refill. the person who answered the phone hang off the phone acouple times. Not good custumer service . I ended trafering the precription back to the previous CVS pharmacy in Northamton that has a better custumer service.
