By far the best CVS experience to date: fast response to calls, knowledgeable staff, did not need to request 3-months supply (they obtained it in advance for me). Lastly, they helped me to get medication coverage through applying a coupon, which was a huge bonus. I appreciate the attentiveness to the customer. Thank you so much for excellent service!

cashiers are always very nice, pharmacists not so much. Legit made me cry, like girl i’m just here to pickup my prescription. made me wander around the CVS for like 20 mins before giving me a cold stare and telling me she can’t fill my prescription due to external issues. of course not her fault but her manners are very cold and disrespectful. i hope everything’s okay at home for her

Worst ever!! They take lunch breaks early! I usually use the pharmacy on university dr. But they were out of amoxicillin for my 7 month old. So I rushed over here w my baby in tow, just to get a sign thrown in my face. Out to lunch. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot w my screaming 7 month old w a double ear infection waiting for someone to help me. I walked in at 1:29 and was basically laughed at by a heavy older man behind the counter. I'm not sure why the power trip is so necessary these days but it's disgusting. Zero consideration, for me, my baby, our situation. I would leave zero stars if I could. It's now 2:01 and they're still closed! I'm a minute early and you tell me no- now you're a minute late and it's like deal because I'm at your mercy. Sickening

If you call this pharmacy, insist on speaking ONLY with the Manager, David ,or a competent pharmacist.{Previously,Taylor, pharmacist could handle a call, but he has transferred.} Pay close attention to any co-pay quoted by ERICA before agreeing to it.who not only didn't bother to apologize for citing an inaccurate exorbitant co-pay, but hung up.

I go here all the time for convience items and other odds and ends. I have found the staff here very helpful and kind. Grateful to have it close by.

The new female pharmacist sounds like a miserable person. I hope she gets the help she needs. I will pray for her. If anybody knows her, please give her a warm hug, she could use many of them.

Literally the worst I have ever been treated by pharmacy staff in my entire life. They outright refused to run my insurance, or to call my insurance to ask for the information they needed. They also refused to answer my questions about pricing, jumped to conclusions about my situation, and refused to listen to anything I said on the matter. I used to have a friend who worked at a variety of pharmacies and he always said CVS was nationally the worst to work for. Now I understand why. This was my second time trying CVS I will NEVER be using it again.

It is crazy to think that the CVS manager hasn’t hired enough people to help with customer service and patient flow. I waited for over an hour and my called was never picked up. The MANAGER MUST hired more people because definitely this is insane, I awaited for an hour and no one was able to pick up the phone. Someone needs to address this problem because there are people like me who sometimes is unable to drive to the store to try to get resolved my prescription.
