For two years lived in one of Greenbaums apartments and enjoyed it! Joel always replied to our concerns in a timely manner , and the maintenance men would come quickly.

Me and my sister both lived in two of Joel's properties and had amazing experiences. The locations were amazing and the houses were great. He is so responsive and helpful. Can't recommend Greenbaum Rentals enough!
