Oran was straightforward, fair, and on top of everything. He makes a daunting and unknown process as easy as possible. It's never easy, but I am grateful that I found someone to work with who has heart and brains to get me to where I needed to go.

Oran was great during an incredibly difficult time. His services were much cheaper than hiring an attorney. As long as you can both work together on things mediation is the way to go. Thank you again to Oran for helping us sort out everything quickly and amicably.

COVID-19 Update: We are open and Mediation via Zoom is available. Mediation is a process in which a third party neutral works with two or more people to help them reach resolution on issues or conflicts that may exist between them. Amherst Mediation offers an initial free consultation where the mediator meets with both parties to discuss the process and answer questions. It is important that the participants feel comfortable with their mediator and for the mediator to assess and make sure that the mediation process makes sense for them. Oran Kaufman has been a family law attorney since 1989 and has been mediating since 1994.
