The staff is very helpful and communicative. I have always had good experiences with them over the years with multiple different laptops. Recently, when my laptop would have cost as much to fix as it would be to just buy a new computer, they helped me find a refurbished one that met all my needs. Highly recommend!

LeftClick was fair and honest. I had been experiencing battery charging issues with my Macbook, and worried that I would have to bring it to an official Apple Store to get it repaired (the nearest one is not super close.) LeftClick did an initial diagnosis before following up with me about the exact nature of the problem and how much it would cost to replace; the estimate was consistent with the prices I found doing research online. I went through with the replacement, they ordered the part and had the laptop back to me within a couple of business days, exactly when they said it would be finished. What's more, they even cleaned the keyboard for me. Now my Macbook retains charge better than it has in months. Customer service was polite and efficiently communicative. I definitely recommend LeftClick to Mac users in the Amherst region.

I agree with reviewer dave roy about how "The staff at LeftClick lack basic skills". I asked them for a quote to repair a computer and they said we aren't capable of doing that... without the model number. Apparently it never occurred to the geniuses at left click to ask what the model number was.. How can you run a business if you aren't capable of doing simple things?

Went to Left Click because my keyboard wasn't working. They were very polite and up front about the process and the costs, and insisted that there would be no hidden costs. Got my computer back in the amount of time they told and it was a very easy process. Very helpful!

These guys are great. My system died and I had to get a new laptop. They helped me set it up and rescued everything they could from the laptop that died. Then they helped me learn things about the new system. I'm not a techie, don't like or understand computers and work with them only because I have to.Brian, who mostly worked with me, was very patient and understanding, even when asked the same question a few times, kindly making himself available when I needed extra help. I highly recommend them and I'm sure I'll be back, hopefully for something less drastic. Many thanks.

I brought my laptop into LeftClick - paid for their 'priority diagnostic service' for $149 - they told me I needed a new motherboard and it would be over $900 to fix the problem.I then asked them to just back up my files and put in on a hard drive that I supplied, since I didn't have $900 at the time. The charge to back my files up onto a hard drive was another $149. So far, I was into them for $300.A week after I dropped off the hard drive, I still hadn't heard from them. I even submitted a ticket on their website asking if they had any issues. No answer.I finally show up to get my laptop and they tell me "Oh, it's getting ready to be refurbished". I asked why they would do that since I never asked for that and they said, "because it doesn't work...?"I took the laptop back because I couldn't justify spending $1,200 ($900 for the mother board and $300 I already spent) to fix a $1,600 laptop. Not to mention the horrible communication and the refurbishment of my laptop that I never asked for. I guess it's a good thing I showed up that day to get it.A week later I brought it to another place in Northampton - they tested it and then replaced the LCD panel for $300 and it fixed the problem completely. It's been working perfectly for weeks since then.So either, 1.) The staff at LeftClick lack basic skills in diagnosing common computer problems, or 2.) they lied and tried to make an extra $800 off me. Either way, I will never bring my computers there again. The place I brought it to in Northampton was Green Earth computers on Crafts Ave. Great communication, fast service.

My daughter at Smith needed more memory added to her MacBook . The tech dept at Smith recommended Left Click in Amherst . After my wife and daughter talked to the gentleman behind the counter , he told them that it would be upwards of 300 to install more memory on her MacBook . We checked with a computer expert about this price and he said these people at left click are really trying to rip you off. He advised my wife and daughter never to go there again. They will try to scam you every time . Creeps

Great experience, very helpful. I took my PC to another shop and after 2 weeks they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Took it to LeftClick and they fixed it in a week, and called me when troubleshooting to get additional info. Would not go anywhere else.
