I wouldn’t recommend this place, very rude even if you were a prior customer. Charging for 50 dollars for appraisal even putting a complaint with my assurance company for even recommending this place. Even the work they performed on my other car wasn’t even that good.Bottom line people. They can’t get there own work by word of mouth. They need an assurance company to promote them. Let be the warning. The 4 stars must be members.

I am very angry: this company has no basic service ethics. My friend introduced me to this company to repair my car. I thought the boss's attitude was very rude ,maybe I had an accent. When I asked him to estimate the car repair cost, he looked impatient. Today my friend went to the store in person. When he helped me consult, his tone was also unfriendly and he even told my friend to "get out from here". After that, we thought they were racist. Why do so many people give 5 stars? I hope everyone will seriously consider whether to come here to repair their cars. Not even the most basic service ethics

Glenn and the team at Marshall Steinbeck got my car in after a rear end collision and immediately saw damage that the insurance investigator missed. The parts were ordered and within days my vehicle was repaired and looked like new. Awesome crew of absolute professionals.

My insurance recommended them. What a disaster. Sent me an initial assurance that all parts were on order and that the vehicle would likely be repaired by the end of the following week. The following week, when I expected the car to be completely repaired, they said they were having a hard time finding some parts due to supply chain issues (reasonable, but they should have told me that up front instead of saying whatever necessary to secure my business and prevent me from shopping around). At the end of the following week, they said they were now waiting for the part to arrive directly from the manufacturer, which meant that up until that point, they had not yet pursued that avenue and were looking to buy it more cheaply elsewhere, during which time I was paying $400/week for a rental. Every week for the past four weeks, they have assured me that the following week it will be done. After four weeks, they now have the parts they need, but now they are short staffed (which is a frequent problem they have if you read other reviews) because one of their workers called out for a week, so now my car will be ready mid-week next week. I have been paying $400/week for a rental, so all the challenges this business has had are effectively ways they have saved money at my expense. There is zero chance I will ever work with this shop again, and I want to warn people about this business.

I had an unfortunate run in with a large deer, front end of my car was an absolute mess. We have depended on Glen at Steinbeck on four occasions, he never fails to deliver on quality, amazing finish work and customer service. He never cuts corners to get work done faster. Each experience has been excellent and we would recommend Steinbecks to anyone. Thank you Glen and team!

My car had an unfortunate run-in with a deer last month. The body shop that I had intended to send my car to told me that they wouldn't even be able to look at it until late March. I explained that the car was not drivable and my insurance told me that typically shops will bump cars like that up their list but the woman I spoke with shut me down immediately.I was extremely discouraged and after speaking w/ my insurance and getting a list of other shops that were approved, I decided to contact Steinbeck Collision.This was the best decision I could've made! They were able to get my car in that day, they handled the tow. They handled all the insurance pieces and continued to update the car rental company so my rental could be extended til my car was done.Not only did Steinbeck save the day, they did it with kindness. Getting into an accident is traumatic and a little bit of compassion and empathy goes a LONG way.They've kept me updated each step of the way and I'm so delighted to have my car back to it's pre-deer state.100% recommend Marshall Steinbeck!Service: Body & Trim

Honest, friendly, helpful. Top recommendation.I brought my car in for body repairs after an accident, and they fixed it for half the price quoted by another company. They we communicative about the work, and didn't try an oversell. They even were patient with me when I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see my speedometer (it was the dimmer switch was off..) they fixed my car great, just need someone to fix my brain.Service: Body & Trim

Awful customer service. Owner was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Went there for an estimate and he yanked a piece of my car off without my permission. He was trying to tell me I needed my bumper replaced when I didn’t and wouldn’t give me an exact explanation why (just kept saying it was “broken”). Telling everyone I know to avoid this place!! I rented a car from Hertz at Steinbeck garage after a car accident and they were extremely helpful to me. The car was ready on time, everything happened exactly as they said it would, and I even got $1000 more from the insurance company because of the excellent advice I received here. I would absolutely use this garage again, for a rental or a repair.
