We had the best experience at North Amherst Motors.Andrew was fantastic. Our car looks brand new - we backed into a mailbox on a post and it needed to be totally repaired, including the window. We can't believe how beautiful our car looks. It was fast and they were just wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them and we will go there from now on if we need anything done to our car. Great friendly service! They helped me choose the best rental car for my needs, allowed me to extend the rental time by two days when my trip plan changed, and even gave me a free ride to my lodgings after I returned the car. Super folks! Also, Amherst Motors offers much better prices for rentals than the large national companies.

I can not recommend this place enough. The entire process exceeded expectations. This being my first accident I was involved in, the process was all new to me. Andrew walked me through every step, and was very very friendly. Updates were provided to me throughout which was also very nice to get. Work was completed in a timely manner, and looked great. There was an issue with a part being painted, but they did everything to make it right. If I ever need body work done again, this will be my go to place.Services: Painting

I recently got my car serviced at North Amherst Motors. They did a phenomenal job of repairing my car, the car looks better than before my collision accident. They maintained transparent communication with me throughout the repair process and answered all the questions I had. Not once did I feel like I was getting ripped off. Instead, I felt taken care of and as a newer driver that is a feeling I don’t have often. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I am happy customer. If I ever need any other repairs, I would definitely back here.

A car rental was available as needed throughout the week. They have been our service shop since 1975 because they are a fantastic team of people who have a superior attention to detail, and excellent craftsmanship.
