Excellent house-call service on a puzzling network issue. Zach provided exactly the technical solution we needed in a timely, efficient and "people first" way. I'd recommend him for anybody on a budget needing business-class IT service.

I have been relying on Zach for all of my computer needs for years. He easily handles even the most complicated and challenging problems. He is straightforward and honest in all of our dealings -- no surprise costs and delivery on time or sooner. He will come to you home to fix your computer or meet you in his office - handily in the center of Amherst, with parking. And, he recently helped me select a new laptop - a bonus! (no charge) Call Zach - you will thank your lucky stars and never work with anyone else!

People First Tech Consulting has saved me and my company many times. From thousands of photos lost, to frozen monitors, to helping us navigate simple but tedious tasks. We can't say enough about Zach and his team. The one thing I never understand is how he knows so much and always knows the latest trends/issues.

PeopleFirst techs know both hardware and software. I don’t know anyone else who can solve problems that intersect these realms. The techs I’ve met are excellent listeners, respectful of people like me who know little about tech, and they make house calls! (My tech helper was right on time, and stayed 15 minutes extra until my problems were all straightened out.) Nobody better in my book.

I highly recommend Zach for assistance with technology. My Mom recently passed away, and I was looking for help saving all the texts she sent me. I’m really lucky to have stumbled upon People First through a Google search. Zach was very quick and helpful with communication and setting up an appointment. “People First” is a perfect name for the business— the sensitive nature of my request was clearly prioritized throughout the process. PeopleFirst is a fitting name for the company, their approach is personalized and flexible. I've benefited from their expertise for over a decade and am grateful for the money and time I've saved on multiple occasions (e.g., extending the life of a computer I would have thought I needed to replace) and the data they recovered that one time (phew). I have valued and enjoyed working with Zach. I have had other people in Tech services try to help me in the past, and found the experience frustrating and my problems were rarely solved. But Zach is wonderfully knowledgeable, hard working, friendly, patient, trustworthy, and has a can-do attitude. And he can communicate well and solved all of my tech problems.I initially called him to help my elderly mom, and Zach came to her apartment and was so very patient and tender with her, and solved all of her tech problems (which had flummoxed me) in no time at all.PeopleFirst tech gets my highest recommendation!!
