The worker I encountered today, I believe her name was Paige, was so helpful and so genuinely kind. She helped me find a Jellycat I’ve been searching for and really was engaged with hearing what I had to say about the Jelly’s. Such a nice human that needs recognition! Glad there is still great souls out there. Besides the workers, the store is excellent as well and has something for everyone. Felt like I was a youngin all over again ☺️

I wanted to do something a little different for my child’s Easter basket this year and when I saw the add for bring your own basket to The Toy Box in Amherst , I thought wow this is awesome! They gave you a few different price options. I chose the $45 one. I did not expect something huge and elaborate but I definitely thought it would have been much nicer. When my husband picked up the basket, it looked very sad as if the stuff was just tossed in it and mind you I told the lady if I needed to pay anything extra so the basket looks good, for her to just let me know and I would pay more money. The basket was very empty looking with just two little and I mean very little sized hard candies and the few toys which were small as well. I did message The Toy Box and let them know how I felt but they have yet to get back to me. I won’t call the store because if I can’t get anywhere with them threw a message and mind you the lady opens the message cuz you can see when the message is open then why waste more of my time calling. This is what the basket looked like and the other picture is of what I had to do to make up for the sad basket I purchased !

Love this store. I go out of my way to go there when in the area. Great selection and helpful staff that are able to make the great recommendations based on descriptions of what your kids are like and what other interests they have.

Amazing toy store! Got lots of cool items and I'm super excited to back. I could spend hours inside! The selection is amazing and they have a range of prices from under a dollar up to over a hundred. Great for gifts for yourself or others!
