Idk where all of these negative reviews are coming from. I sent multiple packages a week and the staff are always lovely to me. Even when I had a false delivery, the kind man in the back spoke to me on the phone, talked me through it. Called me back AND explained everything to me in person. Weird. Love this place.

Advertised that the self service kiosk was open 24 hours, came on a Sunday at 4:45 and the door was locked. Thanks for wasting my time, no wonder you’re going bankrupt.

The lady here seemed like a Karen, what post office doesn’t have a photo copier? The other one I went to that wouldn’t take walk ins said that any post office could just copy your photo ID & passport there. I went last week and the old dude called me at like 10:59, 1 minute before my appointment to let me know the guy wasn’t in today to do the passport sworning. Can’t believe I’m leaving a review about a post office but use the place on N. Pleasant. They’re probably more organized, I wouldn’t trust this place handling my mail.

the lady who helped me completely ruined my card. specifically told her no priority shipping because I did not want priority shipping anywhere on the card. she told me she could put a small sticker. ok a small sticker is fine. she then proceeds to slap a sticker bigger than an index card across my entire envelope. why? it has the price and priority shipping in the biggest letters. what a disappointment. I wish I had just taken the card and ripped it up. this was a horrible experience. I spent so long on that and the entire thing is completely ruined. she covered stickers without asking and again, told me it would b a non descript sticker and then proceeded to put two on, one the size of an index card. not how I expected the mailing of a get well card to be handle w so little care and understanding that it's appalling. please do something about it because I can't imagine other people being cool w entire cards being covered that tell u exactly what u spent. how is this remotely ok?????absolutely ridiculous, humiliating, and a waste of the hours I spent on that card. ridiculous.

I mean, it's the post office. My expectations were low. But this particular one is open til 5:30, there was no line, and the person who helped me was very friendly and gave me some tape to better secure my labels. Again, on the scale of the post office, this one got a full score.

I downloaded this app while sobbing in the parking lot just to write this review of this awful establishment. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I approached the woman at the counter (after only just finding out the counter was open bc the maps app wrongly has them closed as of 4pm) and asked about a mailing destination for my state and federal taxes in which I was cut off to be told "i don't know you have to figure that out on your own" a very nice customer who had over herd this offered to help figure it out with me, as he didn't know either but is a decent human who's main concern isn't making sure they closed on time. As I work to "figure it out on my own" I was then told to move out of the way so the man (who was in no rush) could be rang up followed by being told to hurry up because I only had 5 minutes before they closed. I proceed to fully break down and sob (deformation of character might I add) as I am clearly just a very stressed and flustered college kid trying to snail mail their taxes (which they should be thanking me for keeping them in business) already a day late just because this woman and manager (who just observed the whole encounter) couldn't lift a finger to try and help me. Don't even get me started on the fact that I tried to help them in pointing out the error on their closing time on the maps app because psa: this post office isn't looking to give or receive any help

So I came in was delivering a book and the lady at the desk bent the book and ask me if I was sure I was delivering a book. I was confused and didn’t understand why she bent my item! I agree with one of the comments be careful if your brown.

I am a big fan of the U.S. Postal Service!Nowhere else in the world has a finer system for delivering the mail and the choices offered are great for the service! I mail my son a package every week filled with different things including a banana bread! I myself have had a blackmailed to me that arrived in beautiful condition.
