I haven’t even been yet, but the receptionist was unfriendly and rude over the phone. Hoping the reception at PT is better.

I've had a terrific experience with Dr. Shoushtari and her colleagues and staff. I've been a VMG Amherst patient for nearly 20 years, through 3 physicians. Sometimes I'm too long on hold when I call, but otherwise I think it's a great, people-centric medical practice.
