Overcharged me for a maf sensor replacement and fuel filter, which for the whole year afterward has given my car a hard start. His alignment was good, and I guess I needed new control arms, but he overcharged me for those too (at least $300 per hour for everything). So $2800 later, the problem I came to him for wasn't even solved, and I was broke. A few weeks later, last november or december, I brought it to someone else, and it turned out to be the alternator. Save your money and go elsewhere. He prays on old people with european cars and a lot of money and no common sense.

Shysters. Come here if you want up-charges and incompetent people working on your vehicle. Thousands of dollars later, they failed to screw in the bolts to the axle that they "repaired". I ended up on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. One bolt was entirely missing and the others were loose. Radio silence from Zbylut. Jake and the owner are inept and unprofessional... Be warned.

i agree with some positive feedbacks , the only thing i don't agree is the price was higher than expected , other than that is an ok place to take your car if you don't mind paying more than other places with same reviews.

Luke knows his way around an Audi and uses genuine parts! His pricing for labor is so reasonable with his knowledge, quality, and timeliness! Got a timing chain repaired there and we would definitely return if any issues were to arise! Thank you!

These guys are fantastic and super professional, I've had a way better experience working with the guys here than the BMW dealership for service in Springfield.

From major headache to peace of mind. I contacted Zbylut Motor Works couple days ago regarding issues with my Audi 2013 A6. I spoke with Mr. Luke Zbylut (owner) and told him that I had gotten my brakes done at an non-authorized Audi mechanic which was recommended by family member. The mechanic changed my brakes but was not able to reset code for the Audi's "brake fault light indicator" and also when the mechanic unplugged my car battery and re-plugged my car battery some how the mechanic created error on my cluster panel (not showing odometer and trip computer). I was told by the mechanic to go the dealership and have them reset code and it should work.Nope!!! We had major issues...The Audi dealership stated that the mechanic who fixed my brakes "possibly broke the electronic E-brake motor and was unsure how the mechanic created instrument cluster issue". I was told by the Audi dealership that the electronic E-brake motor would need to replaced and cost me $1300 + tax and labor and dash cluster would need to replaced as well and cost $3000 + tax and labor. My mind was spinning! With these estimated costs from the dealership.I talked with Luke and asked if he could diagnose the issue and give me second opinion. Luke was able to squeeze me in three days to help with my car issue. Luke told me my electronic e-brake motor works fine and there was no needing of replacement and it was just brake senor, which needed to be replaced and my brakes looks fine. Luke also he stated he was unsure of cluster panel error issue, and told me not buy new panel which would cost me thousands and he would research the issue and if needed look for used cluster panel.I am thankful for Luke and his staff working on my car and saving me thousands of dollars and his knowledge. I would highly recommend Zbylut Motor Works in Amherst, MA. Luke is honest, caring individual and willing to take his time talk talk me.Once again thank you Luke and to his team.Eshwar SServices: Electrical

After having an awful experience at BMW of West Springfield (Waited 7 hours for an oil change) found out I needed more work to my vehicle. Obviously, after having that experience, I called over to Zbylut Motor Works and Jake was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgable. He told me to drop the car off the same day I called and they would let me know what work needed to be performed. I got a call less than 2 hours after dropping it off with the diagnosis. BMW had told me they told me they could work on it late July. Zbylut worked on my car the next day with all the necessary repairs to my 5 series. THANK YOU. Pricing was fair and affordable and these guys know their stuff. My car feels brand new. Will definitely be doing my service here from now on.

Absolute scammer. Said my car had “5%” left on the brake pads. I just passed inspection over a year later and was told I could easily get another 10k miles before service. Also put too heavy a weight oil and caused me to run 5mpg fewer before I changed it myself. Avoid whenever possible!

Zbylut Motor Works is absolutely great! While visiting friends in the valley area a rock damaged the radiator and underside of my Audi A5 on a Friday night. I had to get back home to work and so needed to remotely AAA my car to a local mechanic who could properly examine the damage, come up with a plan and get my car back to perfect condition. Luke came highly recommended. Once I had the car transported to his shop he was able to examine the damage, come up with a reasonable quote and get the car repaired perfectly. He was also able to recommend a local body shop to take care of the external damaged parts and repairs (Fort Hill Collision Services, also in Amherst,) and worked with them to get everything sorted out. Communications with Luke was excellent and I'm incredibly grateful that I was able to locate a skilled mechanic who knew what he was doing. The price was absolutely reasonable, and more importantly I was able to trust that my car would be taken care of. Definitely a very good experience.

This place is the absolute worst. Not only did my friend get there car back messed up, but when I called for a quote FOR A SIMPLE BRAKE PAD JOB The owner ranted saying he can't do it, won't do it, he only Touches German cars. Absolutely ridiculous place with no respect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
