I worked for American Training at a home in Newburyport. I am in my seventies and I was treated with little respect by those who ran the house and their superiors. From the start of my 10 month employment at American Training it was clear that there was little tolerance for this disabled employee. There was never any accommodation which I was entitled to under the Americans for Disability Act. I fell down in the driveway at the home I worker in because there was insufficient lighting outside the house. The bruising I received in the fall was never acknowledged. I left the job because it was clear that the organization had no tolerance for this disabled employee.Arthur Lawler

This place is horrible they don’t care about their employees all they care about is their company making money. I had Covid and did not pay me but took all my vacation and pto time only to replace my position with someone else. Worst company I ever worked for !!!!
