We were parked here to deposit a check next door in a marked parking spot and an employee decided to hop in the car and move the car despite me saying no multiple times and he then proceeded to move the car with a 14 year old In the passenger seat without my permission and said it was our fault my friend was in the bank for a maximum of 60 seconds. Very unprofessional

three teenage boys closed down 25 minutes EARLY. 7/28/24. i ran out of gas in their parking lot and they turned off the pumps. 2 other people stopped by asking why they closed early. screwed me over. laughed. disrespectful. i got stuck there while they left before close

Came for an oil change. Was told it wpuld take 30 minutes. Took ove ran hour. No power tools. Oil container had to be changed before they could drain my oil. NOT HAPPY

I went here in need of a tire replacement, which then turned into two when I was convinced they needed to match. Well a year later, I come to find out from my usual mechanic that he couldn't replace my other set of tires because nothing he had matched what the Gulf gave me. He then explained that the tires were a different rating than my others and it's a no-no to combine different tire ratings on the same car. Suffice it to say I was not pleased that corners were cut and best practices not followed by the Gulf, just so they could get my business.

I went there on 12/11/22 and the man working was not the typical man who I usually get gas from who is absolutely wonderful. This man that was working today was yelling and swearing at me, a young woman. He was saying things such as are you f*cking kidding me? why the f*ck isn't this full yet? Did you really drive until there was no gas left, f*cking idiot. (my empty light wasn't even on). I rolled my windows up and locked my doors due to how uncomfortable I felt. He then slammed my gas cap close and walked away with out saying anything.

This is the worst experience ever！！avoid this place，Two weeks ago, I had a flat tire, so I came to this shop, a guy named sam charged me nearly 300 dollars for a new tire, and now the new tire he installed for me blew again, I rarely drive During the past two weeks，I suspect that he installed a second-hand tire for me. i went to his store He refused to help me and bad atitude said its my problem . This is ridiculous. Three hundred dollars for two-week tire! Everyone avoid this place!

Owner Sam is rude and nasty and condesending (sp). Charged me $170 for one tire which I could have purchased for $80 at any tire store. But because I was a stranded woman with a blown out tire, he took total advantage. Never will give him one ounce of my business again. I will stick with Andover Mobil on North Main. They are wonderful to deal with. Customer service is everything especially in downtown Andover.

The person filling my tank selected premium gas without asking me, although the car runs on regular. Feels unethical.

Awful experience. I had four tires replaced at this place last year. I noticed one of the tires started leaking a couple days ago, so I drove the car there yesterday for a checkup. I thought these tires were still under warranty. Afterwards, Sam told me the air leak is not the problem of tire but sand and stone embedded in it, and charged me 50 bucks, which I had never heard of before. This morning, when I started my car, I found the problem was still unresolved. So I drove the car there again. This time Sam started giving me attitude. He repeatedly and gumpyly asked me "what is the problem " " what tire" And then he picked up inflation tube and tried to use it to resolve the problem. I left the place and would never let this guy touch my car again.

"Another day in paradise". The team is attentive and very positive. I go out of my way to buy gas here because it's full and quality service.
