I am a long time customer and highly recommend this nail salon. The owner of the salon (Lena) is always friendly and very accommodating. But most importantly, the salon is spotless and very clean!

I've been going to Andover Nail Spa for a couple of years and appreciate that it has so many pluses....location, service options, cleanliness etc. But what I appreciated most yesterday was the Lead Manicurist's (Naia?) willingness to correct an issue I had with the quality of my manicure. I returned late in the day, but despite closing time looming, Naia used the situation as literally a "teaching moment" for two of her staff, demonstrating for them how elements of the manicure should have been done to preclude a repeat of my particular issues. I understand services provided are not always done perfectly (that's life), but what is more important, is how well and quickly problems are addressed and resolved. Andover Nail Spa, and Naia in particular, have earned this 5-star rating by virtue of the professional manner in which Naia validated my problem, took action to correct it and, with immediate training, took steps to preclude a recurrence.....BRAVA!!

Unsanitary practices! And untrained inexperienced staff. Not clean. Creepy vibe. Cash only, hmmm wonder why? Health & safety protocols? NOT here.

Best pedicure ever! I recently moved to MA and was looking for a place that was as good as the place I used to go to in Miami. This is it! Anna was amazing! Patient, kind, great attention to detail and her massages wow! Definitely returning.

Best pedicures around! They already last me a long time and the experience is very relaxing! They take their time and give a great hot stone massage! Highly recommend! But you do need to bring cash (no cards)- so just remember to hit the ATM first.

Super happy I found this place this past summer! After a terrible experience with my nail breaking and being extremely bloody due to another salon not carefully cutting/cleaning it, the kind owner of Andover Nail Spa took it upon herself to clean up the mess that she did not create. She cleaned my nail and I'm super thankful because it would've been infected otherwise! This salon has done an amazing job every time I've gone and my nails always look perfect! Whenever I show them pictures for inspiration my nails look identical to them. My go-to salon moving forward :)

My mom and I love this place. It's the only nail salon we go to now. Especially for Kim. She takes great care of us every time and she has incredible talent when it comes to gel nails. They last for weeks!

I wanted hombre nails and they could only do it using a dip which I normally get gel. The dip is so thick and gross looking and she didn't even actually do a manicure to my hands!! Oh and it was $60. I will never go back
