PSA You cannot store a vehicle at the 17 Dundee location in Andover MA. Would definitely recommend however management was super accommodating and helpful. I wasn’t able to find the unit i needed but they nicely put me on a notify list in case one popped up. Regretfully I didn’t get the name of the individual who helped me, S/O to you whoever you are!

Fast turnaround with contacting me back and getting us setup. Was helpful and thorough in explaining fees etc... very nice people. Feel comfortable renting storage from them.

I would have given this storage facility a five star if it didn’t go up within the first few months, and also then add insurance. While the store manager, Shad, Was very helpful and always available, the inconsistent pricing was bothersome. Overall facility was always clean, no issues.
