Shad Hartford, the store manager was a delight to work with. Very honest and made sure we understood what to expect. My roommate asked a lot of questions and he answered every one of them patiently and kindly. I would drive the extra mile to come to the Andover, MA location.

Original review: “Awesome store manager. He knows what he is doing. Go for it.”Update: After renting it, i paid for the 1st month up front, the 2nd month they took it out from my account and the 3rd month they increased the rent. I was told that the rent could increase a little bit but he assured me that it wont happen anytime soon. I was paying close to $80 per month(3rd floor, no elevators) and he pushed it to almost $160 per month. I was literally getting a ground floor unit for $160 or close to it. For $160 you can get a ground floor unit somewhere near a highway. I would not recommend this business and their business practices are not fair.
